I lost 3.4 lbs!

I had buttered popcorn and half a s'mores pizza thing for my cheat.  It was delicious and fun, but I was so sick after!  
I'm still ok with this way of eating, but I'm starting to run out of ideas and I'm getting a little burned out of the vegetables already.  I need to gather up some recipes right away!

not so bad

I'm actually really liking this diet.  Well, really I'm trying to make it a life change rather than a diet.  It's an overall healthier way to eat.  I love how I feel and I'm never hungry, which is great!  I haven't had any sweet cravings either!  I think from all the fruit I'm eating now I guess.
